Cumhuriyet modernli\u011fi de, kamusal alan\u0131 ki\u015fi k\u00fclt\u00fc etraf\u0131nda tan\u0131mlayan, disipline edilmi\u015f edilgen bir toplum tasavvuruna dayal\u0131 olarak geli\u015ftirildi\u011fi i\u00e7in, din, cinsiyet, etniklik ve s\u0131n\u0131f gibi kimlik g\u00f6sterenlerinin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yekparele\u015ftirilerek teke, Bat\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u2019e, inhisar ettirilmi\u015ftir. Tek Parti D\u00f6nemi Kemalist sosyopolitik uygulamalar\u0131, kendi tan\u0131m\u0131na uymayan cinsiyet, etniklik, s\u0131n\u0131f ve dine dayal\u0131 ya da bunlarla ili\u015fkili aidiyetleri kriminalize etmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Kamusal g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck Kemalist Devrimin en temel d\u00fczenleme alan\u0131d\u0131r. Bu keyfiyetinden dolay\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kamusal alan, Kemalist panoptikon\u2019a dayal\u0131 bir mahiyete sahiptir. Bu panoptikonluk, siz onu g\u00f6rmeseniz de, b\u00fcy\u00fck biraderin sizi her yerde takip etmesine duyulan inanc\u0131 ifade eder; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla olur olmaz \u015feyleri a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131za almay\u0131n, devlete sayg\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in e\u015finizin ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131n, kokteyllerde iki tek atmaktan ka\u00e7may\u0131n; e\u015finizi karma ortamlar\u0131n m\u00fcdavimi yap\u0131n, sayg\u0131 duru\u015flar\u0131nda kusur etmeyin, gerekirse araban\u0131zdan inerek selama durun, K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc zinhar hissettirmeyin veya K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011fe ili\u015fkin her de\u011finide T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011fe iman ve sadakatinizi y\u00fcksek sesle te\u2019kid ve tekrir edin, vs&#8230; Birilerine tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, \u201cX Bey Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r; ama o bildi\u011finiz Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131lardan de\u011fil\u201d muarefesine tebess\u00fcm edin. En iyi K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn, mahcup, edilgen ve \u2018makas\u0131d-\u0131 aliyeye\u2019 hizmete kemer-beste K\u00fcrt oldu\u011funu zinhar akl\u0131n\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131n. Devletimiz m\u00fcstesna, kimse sizin ne oldu\u011funuzu bilmek zorunda de\u011fildir; \u00f6yleyse \u00f6zel ve kamusal kimliklerinizi farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Eskiler buna \u201cm\u00fcnaf\u0131kl\u0131k\u201d derlerdi ama siz bunu \u201cdevlete h\u00fcrmetkar vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u201d gere\u011fi olarak de\u011ferlendirin. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Kemalist panoptikon etki, K\u00fcrt etnik g\u00f6sterenlerinin toplumsal ve siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck kazanmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, kitlesel d\u00fczeyde g\u00f6zlenen b\u00fcy\u00fck hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, inand\u0131klar\u0131ndan ku\u015fkuya d\u00fc\u015fme, hakarete, ihanete u\u011fram\u0131\u015f olma hissi, \u00f6fke, k\u0131zg\u0131nl\u0131k ve hatta h\u0131n\u00e7 gibi duygular\u0131n toplumsal psikolojideki travmatik yans\u0131malar\u0131 olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u2018ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131\u2019 hali, bir t\u00fcr \u2018evsizlik\u2019 psikolojisidir bu. Sorular\u0131m\u0131z ve cevaplar\u0131m\u0131z netli\u011fini yitiriyor; demir att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z emin sularda art\u0131k k\u00f6pekbal\u0131klar\u0131 dola\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eimdi bize do\u011fru yolu kim g\u00f6sterecek? Do\u011fruyu kendi ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za bulmak yani ferdiyet kesbetmek, \u2018emanet\u2019i y\u00fcklenmekten hazer etmeyen bizim insanl\u0131k halimiz olsa da, bunu kabullenmekte zorlan\u0131yoruz. \u0130\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmi\u015f T\u00fcrk etnik kimli\u011fine dayal\u0131 toplumsal muhayyile, farkl\u0131 etnik kimliklerin, \u00f6zellikle de K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn kamusal g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc hazmedememekte, bunu kendi bekas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 giri\u015filmi\u015f bir suikast te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fc olarak alg\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011fe giydirilen g\u00f6mlekler bunu hakl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor: geri kalm\u0131\u015f k\u00f6yl\u00fcl\u00fck, cehalet, irtica ve e\u015fk\u0131ya ne zamandan beri aram\u0131zda g\u00fcvenle dola\u015f\u0131yor?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b class=\"title\">T\u0131rnak ete bat\u0131nca&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u2018\u00e7arp\u0131kl\u0131k\u2019, bug\u00fcn etnik aidiyetini T\u00fcrk olarak niteleyen kitlelerin siyasi sosyalle\u015fmelerinde merkezi bir konuma sahiptir. Zihin konforumuz bozulmadan ne de g\u00fczel ya\u015fay\u0131p gidiyorduk i\u015fte! K\u00fcrt olanla al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yap\u0131yor, evleniyor, oyun oynuyor, arkada\u015f oluyor, i\u015f yap\u0131yorduk. Et ve t\u0131rnak gibiydik. T\u0131rnak arada ete batar gibi oldu\u011funda, gerekli \u2018tedaviyi\u2019 uyguluyor, bar\u0131\u015f ve huzur i\u00e7inde ya\u015famaya devam ediyorduk. Bunlar\u0131n hepsi tek bir \u015feyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fc: K\u00fcrtlerin g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc asimilasyonuyla. Ana dili bile olsa K\u00fcrt\u00e7eyi unutan, \u00f6nemsemeyen, daha \u2018medeni\u2019 bir toplumsall\u0131\u011fa dahil olmaktan memnun olan K\u00fcrtler zaten T\u00fcrk\u2019t\u00fc. Gayr-\u0131 memnun g\u00f6r\u00fcnenler ise devletin ihkak-\u0131 hak topuzu kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda dillerini yuttuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in zaten konu\u015fam\u0131yorlard\u0131. Yani, bunlara kendileri ya da birileri \u201cK\u00fcrt\u201d gibi yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalarda bulunsa da asl\u0131nda K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn ad\u0131 yoktu. Bu y\u00fczden aram\u0131zda yoklard\u0131 ya da biz g\u00f6rm\u00fcyorduk! Bu y\u00fczden konu\u015fmaya ihtiya\u00e7 olmayan yerleri, da\u011flar\u0131 mesken edinmi\u015flerdi. Zamanla bunlar da, da\u011flardan ba\u015fka dostlar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na inanacaklard\u0131&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b class=\"title\">Kemalist ament\u00fcye s\u0131zmalar<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ne zaman ki, Pandora\u2019n\u0131n kutusu, Kemalistlerin sevdi\u011fi deyimle s\u00f6ylersek, \u201ckar\u015f\u0131 devrimle\u201d yani demokrasi ile a\u00e7\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131; \u201cKart-kurt\u201d sand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z seslerin \u201cK\u00fcrt\u201d olarak ete-kemi\u011fe b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc fark etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u015eimdi ne yapacakt\u0131k? Her \u015feyi halletti\u011fimizi, T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn temel ve yekpare milli aidiyet olarak in\u015fas\u0131nda bir problem olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken, bu \u00e7an sesleri de ne oluyordu? \u00c7an sesi oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, mutlaka k\u00f6k\u00fc d\u0131\u015far\u0131da \u015fer g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin vatan bozan marifetlerinin tezah\u00fcr\u00fc olmal\u0131yd\u0131. AB ile ni\u015fanland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan beri, g\u00f6n\u00fcl huzuruyla \u201ck\u00f6k\u00fc d\u0131\u015far\u0131da\u201d diyemez olmu\u015ftuk ya neyse&#8230; \u015eimdiki K\u00fcrtlerin, adlar\u0131yla, tarzlar\u0131yla, dilleriyle, etnik k\u00fclt\u00fcrleriyle g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olma \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 anlamakta zorlan\u0131yoruz. Toplumsal ezberimiz fena halde \u015fa\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. Devlet toplumuna sahip \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131nca i\u015fte b\u00f6yle, ya davulcu ya zurnac\u0131 durumlar\u0131&#8230; Bizi bu hallere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrenler utans\u0131n. Biz yedi d\u00fcvele medeniyet ta\u015f\u0131yan, insanl\u0131k \u00f6\u011freten muhte\u015fem bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc de\u011fil miydik? (Kemalist ament\u00fcye T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc-\u0130slamc\u0131 bir s\u0131zma! Az\u0131c\u0131k yama arabaya yol ald\u0131r\u0131r!) Milli M\u00fccadeleyi birlikte yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu insanlar bug\u00fcn ne istiyorlar? Bin y\u0131ll\u0131k ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan rahats\u0131zl\u0131k m\u0131 duyuyorlar? Bir ve beraber olarak, anlay\u0131n i\u015fte, et ve t\u0131rnak olarak, ya\u015famak i\u00e7in ya\u015fatmad\u0131k m\u0131 bu karde\u015fli\u011fi? Bir \u015feyleri unuttuk galiba, ama neyi?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Unuttu\u011fumuz E. Renan\u2019\u0131n dedi\u011fiydi: \u201cTarihi yanl\u0131\u015f yazmak millet olman\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r!\u201d \u201c\u0130nanm\u0131yorum yalan s\u00f6yleyen tarihe\u201d dese de Necip Faz\u0131l, biz inanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k; dahas\u0131 inanmak istiyorduk: Ermenileri kesti\u011fimizi, binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k yurtlar\u0131ndan kovdu\u011fumuzu s\u00f6yleyenler ancak vatan haini olabilirdi. Milli M\u00fccadelenin \u0130slam ortak paydas\u0131 etraf\u0131nda olu\u015fturulan etnik bir koalisyonun hilafet ve saltanat\u0131 kurtarmak amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir m\u00fccadele oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyenler de Atat\u00fcrk d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131&#8230; Kemalist Devrimin zorunlu oldu\u011funu, bu y\u00fczden devrimin de, darbeler gibi, kendi hukukunu olu\u015fturabilece\u011fini, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, Takrir-i S\u00fckunlar\u0131n da, \u0130stiklal Mahkemesi ad\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan devrim mahkemelerinin de,  temsili reddeden Cumhuriyetin de, d\u00f6nemin zorunlu k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 medenile\u015fme hamleleri oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorduk. \u015eimdi diyorlar ki, bu bir zorunluluk de\u011filmi\u015f. Cumhuriyet pek ala demokratik olarak da kurgulanabilirmi\u015f. Bu sadece, demokratik me\u015fruiyeti olmayan, \u201cemredici karizmaya\u201d dayal\u0131 bir tercihmi\u015f. Minare ve ezan haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Avrupal\u0131 k\u00fcffara has oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorduk. Me\u011fer, Ayasofya\u2019y\u0131 m\u00fcze olarak evrensel medeniyete hediye edenler, onun minarelerini hak ile yeksan etmek istemi\u015f de, kubbenin \u00e7\u00f6kece\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bundan vazge\u00e7mek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015flar. Ezan\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in koruduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek kendimizi medyun-u \u015f\u00fckran sand\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z me\u011fer 18 y\u0131l ezan sesini susturmu\u015f, Hacc\u0131 yasaklam\u0131\u015f, mevtalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bile gassals\u0131z b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015flarm\u0131\u015f. Yetinmemi\u015f binlerce camiyi ihtiya\u00e7 fazlas\u0131 ilan edip, depo, ah\u0131r, k\u0131\u015fla olarak kullanm\u0131\u015f ya da y\u0131k\u0131p ge\u00e7ivermi\u015fler. Duyun da inanmay\u0131n ama! <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b class=\"title\">\u2018Allah\u2019\u0131n K\u00fcrd\u00fc\u2019 ne istiyor?<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">K\u00fcrtleri vatanda\u015f sayd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 biliyorduk ama onlara silah emanet edemedikleri i\u00e7in asker olan K\u00fcrtleri sadece yol in\u015faatlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015flar. Kalem de emanet edemedikleri i\u00e7in, bir d\u00f6nem e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n malum b\u00f6lgedeki say\u0131s\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminin bile alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f dedikodusu yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Her \u015feyi Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bizlere \u00f6\u011fretilmi\u015fti; alt\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki k\u0131z\u0131m bir g\u00fcn Bakanl\u0131klar b\u00f6lgesindeki binalar\u0131 g\u00f6sterip, \u201cBaba, bunlar\u0131 da Atat\u00fcrk yapt\u0131, de\u011fil mi?\u201d deyince, \u201cK\u0131z\u0131m, Atat\u00fcrk bir mimar m\u0131yd\u0131 yoksa asker miydi?\u201d diye sormu\u015ftum. \u201c\u00d6yleyse, bunlar\u0131 o yapm\u0131\u015f olamaz\u201d deyivermi\u015fti k\u0131z\u0131m. Bu binalar\u0131 Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu zann\u0131na k\u0131z\u0131m\u0131 iten \u015fey neydi acaba? Nas\u0131l bir Atat\u00fcrk imgesiydi ki, bir anda alabora olmu\u015ftu. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Yerle\u015fik hayata ge\u00e7meye direndikleri, vergi vermedikleri, askerlik yapmad\u0131klar\u0131, g\u00fcvensizlik kayna\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen Alevi topluluklar\u0131, Osmanl\u0131 devlet d\u00fczeniyle bu y\u00fczden kavgal\u0131yd\u0131. Cumhuriyet de Alevilerden ayn\u0131 \u015feyi istemi\u015f ve Kuyucu Murat Pa\u015fa\u2019dan farkl\u0131 davranmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Oysa Dersim ayaklanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ki! Dersim\u2019i \u201chizaya getirmek i\u00e7in\u201d niye bu kadar orant\u0131s\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k acaba? \u015eu \u0130srail\u2019in \u201corant\u0131s\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7\u201d kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmesek, bir karabasandan uyand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecektik ama ne yaz\u0131k ki \u00f6yle de\u011fil. Muhsin Batur bile Dersim\u2019i unutulmas\u0131 gerekenler listesine ekledi\u011fi i\u00e7in hat\u0131ralar\u0131na koymaktan \u00e7ekinmi\u015fti. \u015eimdi ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za Dersim ta\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc; haf\u0131zam\u0131zda gelgitler ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Tarihimizde utanacak hi\u00e7bir sayfa yok san\u0131yorduk ama sadece ulus in\u015fa s\u00fcrecimiz bile bug\u00fcn bize dudak u\u00e7uklat\u0131yor. D\u00f6n\u00fcp tarihimize bak\u0131nca zihnimizdeki kurgular y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131yor, hatas\u0131z istikrar \u00e7izgimizin, eriyen buz \u00fczerinde patenle kaymaktan farkl\u0131 olmayan k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bizi tedirgin ediyor.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n K\u00fcrd\u2019\u00fc\u201d art\u0131k kendi ad\u0131yla an\u0131lmak istiyor. Bir dili var; onu konu\u015fmak istiyor. Bu devletin vatanda\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu hissetmek istiyor. O ad\u0131 yasaklad\u0131k, dili kopard\u0131k, kafay\u0131 ezdik; ama biz medeni insanlar toplulu\u011fu olarak ya\u015famak istiyoruz. Bunlar tarihin \u00e7\u00f6p sepetinde kendisine yer bulmal\u0131. Biz \u015fiddetin dilini istemiyoruz. Unutturulmalara dayal\u0131, korkunun esir ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015fabloncu ve merhametsiz bir dili, fark eden, sorgulayan, serazad ama m\u00fc\u015ffik ve empatik bir ileti\u015fim ortam\u0131yla becayi\u015fe talibiz. K\u00f6r \u015fiddetin cenderesinde bo\u011fu\u015fmay\u0131 de\u011fil, insanl\u0131\u011fa yelken a\u00e7may\u0131 istiyoruz. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u0130lgilisine Not: Tarihi m\u00fcnferit an\u2019lar olarak idrak edenler \u201ca\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u201d\u0131 da b\u00f6yle anl\u0131yor. Tarih anlardan de\u011fil s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden m\u00fcrekkeptir. Siyaset demokrasinin dilidir; \u015fiddet medenili\u011fin reddidir.
