Tarih kitaplar\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenildi\u011fine g\u00f6re, inan\u00e7lar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 insanlara eziyet etmenin ad\u0131 olan \u2018engizisyon\u2019 bir Orta \u00c7a\u011f hat\u0131ras\u0131d\u0131r ger\u00e7i. D\u00fcnyam\u0131zda yer edinmi\u015f, \u00e7o\u011fu kez sorgulamay\u0131 dahi abes g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz pek \u00e7ok kavram, asl\u0131nda bu engizisyonun \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Keza, ihtiya\u00e7 diye g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz pek \u00e7ok \u015fey, asl\u0131nda meden\u00ee engizisyonun \u2018ihtiya\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6receksin\u2019 diye dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feylerdir. D\u00fcnyam\u0131za girmi\u015f bir\u00e7ok uygunsuz davran\u0131\u015f, asl\u0131nda meden\u00ee engizisyon uygun dedi\u011fi i\u00e7in d\u00fcnyam\u0131zdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bunlar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise, iman\u00ee bir nazar ve kavray\u0131\u015f, bir\u00e7ok noktada d\u00fcnyam\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f gibidir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u2018K\u00e2inat\u2019tan \u2018tabiat\u2019a, \u2018mevcutlar\u2019dan \u2018varl\u0131klar\u2019a, \u2018in\u015faallah\u2019tan \u2018tabi\u00ee\u2019ye do\u011fru ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z seyir, bunun en g\u00fcndelik misali olsa gerektir. Bug\u00fcn hemen hepimizin dilinde, \u2018tabiat\u2019 asl\u0131nda \u2018k\u00e2inat\u2019 yerine kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Halbuki, \u2018tabiat\u2019 ba\u015fka, \u2018k\u00e2inat\u2019 ba\u015fka \u015feylerdir. K\u00e2inat, Rabbimizin k\u00fcn emrinin tecell\u00eeleri olan mevcutlar\u0131 ifade eder. Peygamberin (a.s.m.) Mekke\u2019den Medine\u2019ye hicretini hepimiz biliriz. Bu hicretin kolay bir \u2018g\u00f6\u00e7\u2019 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da. Bildi\u011fimiz anlamda bir \u2018g\u00f6\u00e7\u2019 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da. Y\u0131llar y\u0131l\u0131, Mekke\u2019ye h\u00e2kim olan m\u00fc\u015friklerin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc eziyetine ra\u011fmen Rabbi emretti\u011fi i\u00e7in Mekke\u2019de kalan sevgili Res\u00fbl, do\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, elli y\u0131ld\u0131r ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu m\u00fcbarek beldeyi, halk\u0131n\u0131n onu orada istemedi\u011finin ve davetine kulak t\u0131kad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n apa\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir vasatta yine Rabbinin emri ile terketmi\u015ftir. H\u00fcz\u00fcnl\u00fc bir seferdir bu; Hz. Peygamber, \u015fehrin az \u00f6tesinde devesini durdurmu\u015f, y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc Mekke\u2019ye d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f ve \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n arz\u0131nda, sen, bana ve Allah\u2019a en sevgili yersin. Halk\u0131m beni senden \u00e7\u0131karmasayd\u0131, senden asla ayr\u0131lmazd\u0131m.\u201d <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">B\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015f; ve ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu, kesin bir hicrettir. \u00d6yle ki, Rabbi kalbleri fethedip ona Mekke\u2019ye d\u00f6nmeyi nasip etti\u011finde bile, Res\u00fblullah K\u00e2be civar\u0131na kurulan bir \u00e7ad\u0131rda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gerek Mekke\u2019nin fethi, gerek Veda Hacc\u0131 esnas\u0131nda bu \u2018en sevgili yer\u2019de sadece \u00e7ad\u0131r kurmu\u015f; g\u00fcn\u00fc geldi\u011finde, \u00e7ad\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 toplay\u0131p, vaktiyle \u2018hicret\u2019 etti\u011fi Medine\u2019ye geri d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Hz. Peygamberin bu tavr\u0131 hepimiz i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli anahtarlar ta\u015f\u0131r. Mesel\u00e2, \u2018vatan\u2019 ve \u2018hicret\u2019in ger\u00e7ek tarifi, bu tav\u0131rda mevcuttur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu tav\u0131r, kendi \u2018vatan\u2019 ve \u2018hicret\u2019 tan\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmemizi gerektiren ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">S\u00f6zgelimi, neredeyse do\u011fduk do\u011fal\u0131, \u2018vatan\u0131 kan\u0131n\u0131n son damlas\u0131na kadar koruma ve savunma\u2019 telkinine muhatap olmu\u015fuzdur. Mekke\u2019de do\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f y\u00fczlerce sahab\u00ee de hicret etmi\u015ftir\u2014\u00fcstelik t\u00fcm mallar\u0131n\u0131, akrabalar\u0131n\u0131, an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 arkada b\u0131rakarak. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Acaba neden?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu noktada, onlar\u0131n hicreti ile bizim \u2018vatan\u2019 tan\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k bir farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpar. Vatan\u0131 \u2018do\u011fdu\u011fumuz ve doydu\u011fumuz yer\u2019 diye tan\u0131mlamak do\u011fru ve \u2018vatan\u0131 savunmay\u0131\u2019 anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fekilde tarif etmek yeterli olsayd\u0131, onlar\u0131n Mekke\u2019yi asla terk etmemeleri, \u00f6l\u00fcnceye kadar orada sava\u015fmalar\u0131 gerekirdi oysa. Ama Hz. Peygamberin ve ashab\u0131n\u0131n aksini yapm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 bizi kendi tan\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irme durumunda b\u0131rak\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece, \u2018vatan\u2019\u0131 \u2018do\u011fdu\u011fun yer\u2019 veya \u2018doydu\u011fun yer\u2019 diye tarifin uygun d\u00fc\u015fmedi\u011fini anl\u0131yoruz. \u2018Vatan\u2019\u0131 \u2018toprak\u2019 esas\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlememizin yanl\u0131\u015f veya eksik olaca\u011f\u0131, kullu\u011fumuz i\u00e7in bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 dersini al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">B\u00f6ylesi hususlar g\u00fcndemimize girebilse, umulur ki, \u2018vatan,\u2019 \u2018hicret,\u2019 \u2018cihad\u2019 gibi kavramlar ezbere konu\u015fulan kelimeler olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p iman\u00ee bir tahkiki ve de tahkik\u00ee bir iman\u0131 ifade eder hale gelecektir. Peygamber\u2019in el\u00e7ili\u011fi ile bize g\u00f6nderilen Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Hak\u00eem, \u2018millet\u2019i iman beraberli\u011fini ifade i\u00e7in kullan\u0131r. Mesel\u00e2, s\u0131k s\u0131k \u2018millet-i \u0130brahim\u2019e at\u0131fta bulunur. Keza, \u201cK\u00fcf\u00fcr tek millettir\u201d buyurur. S\u00f6z\u00fcn k\u0131sas\u0131, \u2018millet\u2019in ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bir yerde, muhakkak bir iman\u00ee tercih s\u00f6zkonusudur.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu husus, millet-i \u0130brahim\u2019 terimi ekseninde daha bir a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fur. \u2018\u0130brahim milleti,\u2019 yine Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n tabiri ile, \u2018han\u00eef\u2019tir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, Hz. \u0130brahim \u2018han\u00eef\u2019lerin, yani f\u0131trat\u0131na t\u00e2bi olan insanlar\u0131n timsalidir. Galiba o y\u00fczden, dinsiz bir T\u00fcrk\u00fc \u2018milletda\u015f\u2019\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fcrken, m\u00fc\u2019min bir Arab\u0131 veya Hintliyi ba\u015fka bir milletin mensubu olarak g\u00f6rebiliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b class=\"title\">CiHAD \u2018SAVA\u015e\u2019 DE\u011e\u0130LD\u0130R<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ayn\u0131 kafa ve kavram kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u2018cihad\u2019 ve \u2018sava\u015f\u2019 hususunda da kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar. Cihad, \u2018emir ve izn-i il\u00e2h\u00ee\u2019 ile kalblerin imana a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 yolunda giri\u015filen her cehd ve gayreti i\u00e7ine al\u0131r ki, kendi kalbimiz de buna dahildir. Bu cehdin ise, \u2018madd\u00ee\u2019 ve \u2018manev\u00ee\u2019 cihad diye tan\u0131mlanan iki boyutu vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u2018Manev\u00ee cihad\u2019 hi\u00e7 bitmez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201cnefis her vakit \u015feytan\u0131 dinler.\u201d  Bu haliyle, imana a\u00e7\u0131lan kalblerle sava\u015f halindedir. \u015eeytan\u0131n telkiniyle, onlar\u0131 bozmaya ve i\u015fgal etmeye kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Nefsin bu \u00e7abas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, m\u00fc\u2019min, \u2018cihad\u2019 ederek kalbini \u2018feth\u2019 ile m\u00fckelleftir. Fetih ise \u2018a\u00e7mak\u2019 demektir. Kalbin iman hakikatlerine a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, bir \u2018fetih\u2019tir. M\u00fc\u2019min \u2018feth\u2019 eder; i\u015fgal etmez. Fakat, hem kendi nefsinin, hem sair nefislerin\u2014yani, onlar\u0131n \u015feytan\u0131n telkini ile dima\u011flar\u0131m\u0131za \u00fcfledi\u011fi vehim, desise ve vesveselerin; gayriiman\u00ee t\u00fcm duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve tav\u0131rlar\u0131n d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131 \u2018i\u015fgal\u2019ine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccahede eder. Zira f\u0131trat esasen \u2018sel\u00eem\u2019dir  ve kalb \u2018mahall-i iman\u2019d\u0131r.  Yine kalb, \u2018\u00e2yine-i Samed\u2019dir.  S\u00fcrekli Rabbine y\u00f6nelecek bir istidad kalbe verilmi\u015ftir. Zaten kalbin vazifesi ve ihtiyac\u0131 da budur. Ve, iman mahalli olan bir yere y\u00f6nelik tecav\u00fczlere kar\u015f\u0131 oray\u0131 savunmak cihad oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re kalbi k\u00fcfr\u00ee fikir ve hallere kar\u015f\u0131 koruma niyetini ta\u015f\u0131mak da cihadd\u0131r. Bir hadisin de dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fi \u00fczere, as\u0131l olan ve asla bitmeyen cihad da budur: \u2018nefis ile yap\u0131lan cihad.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Madd\u00ee cihadda ise, bir beldedeki insanlar\u0131n kalbinin imana a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7abas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131, madd\u00ee engeller s\u00f6zkonusudur. O beldeyi nefisleri nam\u0131na \u2018i\u015fgal\u2019 edenler mevcuttur. Ve bu i\u015fgalciler, f\u0131traten imana a\u00e7\u0131k olan kalbleri kendi k\u00fcfr\u00ee telkinlerine hapsetmekte; iman\u0131n tebli\u011fine ise mani olmaktad\u0131rlar. B\u00f6yle bir durumda ilgili beldenin iman hakikatleri nam\u0131na \u2018feth\u2019i, yani \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019 s\u00f6zkonusudur.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u0130ktidar\u0131 elinde tutan kesimin iman\u00ee esaslar\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na ve anlat\u0131lmas\u0131na engel oldu\u011fu bir belde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim. E\u011fer, ehl-i iman olarak biz de burada ya\u015f\u0131yor isek ve iktidar\u0131n iman hakikatleri aleyhindeki tavr\u0131n\u0131 halk\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu da benimsiyorsa\u2014yani, bizim orada m\u00fc\u2019min olarak, iman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ya\u015fayarak ve tebli\u011f ederek bulunmam\u0131za izin verilmiyorsa\u2014ufukta hicret g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor demektir. Zira, Rabbimiz, \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n arz\u0131 geni\u015ftir\u201d  buyurmaktad\u0131r. Rabbinin m\u00fclk\u00fc olan, \u00fczerinde Rabbinin esm\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 bildiren i\u015faret ve izler buldu\u011fu her yer\u2014yani b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya, b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u00e2inat\u2014m\u00fc\u2019minin vatan\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, dinin \u2018dahilde menfi tarzda istimaline\u2019 izin yoktur.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Nitekim, sevgili Peygamber ve ashab\u0131, Mekke\u2019nin h\u00e2kim durumdaki m\u00fc\u015frikleri ve onlar\u0131 destekleyen Mekke halk\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan eziyet ve i\u015fkenceye maruz b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; hatta i\u00e7lerinde i\u015fkence ile \u015fehit edilenler de olmu\u015ftur. Ama k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 \u00e7ekmemi\u015f; \u2018iktidar\u2019 kavgas\u0131na da girmemi\u015flerdir. Bilakis, bu beldede m\u00fc\u2019min olarak ya\u015faman\u0131n imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 apa\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcnce, Rablerinin izniyle, hicret etmi\u015flerdi. Ehl-i S\u00fcnnet ulem\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde icma etti\u011fi \u201cDin dahilde menfi tarzda istimal edilmez\u201d d\u00fcsturunun \u00f6z\u00fc de, i\u015fte burada yatmaktad\u0131r. Yani, m\u00fc\u2019minin \u00f6n\u00fcnde iki \u015f\u0131k vard\u0131r: m\u00fc\u2019min\u00e2ne ya\u015famak, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 beldede az\u0131nl\u0131k durumunda ise ve iman\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famas\u0131na imk\u00e2n tan\u0131m\u0131yorsa m\u00fc\u2019min\u00e2ne ya\u015fayabilece\u011fi bir beldeye hicret etmek. Yoksa dahilde din ad\u0131na silaha davranmaya ve karga\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmaya izin yoktur.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Peki bizler ehl-i iman olarak m\u00fcsl\u00fcman bir beldede isek ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdaki bir beldeye iman\u00ee bir davette bulunmam\u0131z gerekiyorsa ne yapmam\u0131z gerekir?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Buna cevap olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda \u2018Medine \u00f6rne\u011fi\u2019 durmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir durumda, bu iman daveti talebi ilgili beldeye iletilir. O beldenin ahalisi, \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu m\u00fc\u2019min olmasa bile iman\u00ee esaslar\u0131n tebli\u011fine ve ya\u015fanmas\u0131na engel olmuyorsa, o beldeye kar\u015f\u0131 \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019 izni yoktur. Yemen, Habe\u015fistan, Bahreyn bunun bir misalidir. Ve bu beldelere kar\u015f\u0131, iman\u0131n tebli\u011fine engel olmad\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcrece, madd\u00ee cihada giri\u015filmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">E\u011fer o haric\u00ee beldenin iktidar sahipleri iman\u0131n tebli\u011fine ve ya\u015fanmas\u0131na mani oluyor iseler; veya m\u00fc\u2019min beldelere kar\u015f\u0131 tecav\u00fczlere giri\u015fiyor iseler, bir \u2018d\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019l-harb\u2019 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z demektir. Bu ordu, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc anlamda, s\u00fcrekli k\u0131\u015flada tutulan \u00f6zel bir s\u0131n\u0131f de\u011fildir. Eli silah tutan her m\u00fc\u2019min bir madd\u00ee cihad gerekti\u011finde \u2018\u0130sl\u00e2m ordusu\u2019nun bir ferdi olma durumundad\u0131r. Nitekim, Hz. Peygamber zaman\u0131nda, g\u00fcn gelmi\u015f, harbetme durumundaki b\u00fct\u00fcn erkek sahabiler \u2018cihad\u2019a dahil olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Belki ehl-i iman i\u00e7erisinde kendisini bilhassa madd\u00ee cihadla ilgili noktalarda\u2014kas g\u00fcc\u00fc, s\u00fcvarilik, k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, ni\u015fanc\u0131l\u0131k vs.\u2014e\u011fiten m\u00fc\u2019minler olmu\u015ftur. Ama onlar\u0131 bahane ederek, madd\u00ee cihad vazifesi yaln\u0131zca bir kesime \u2018ihale\u2019 edilmemi\u015ftir. Buna g\u00f6re, \u0130sl\u00e2m ordusu do\u011frudan ona sava\u015f a\u00e7mam\u0131\u015f insanlara, s\u0131rf kendisiyle sava\u015f edenlere yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 eziyet edemez, k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 \u00e7ekemez, bomba ya\u011fd\u0131ramaz. Yani, buna g\u00f6re, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u2018topyek\u00fcn sava\u015f\u2019lar\u0131 bir m\u00fc\u2019min i\u00e7in imk\u00e2ns\u0131zd\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, s\u00f6zkonusu \u00e2yetin de ders verdi\u011fi gibi, m\u00fc\u2019min \u2018adalet-i mahz\u00e2\u2019 ile m\u00fckelleftir. Mahz\u00e2, yani kelimenin tam ve mutlak anlam\u0131 ile adalet ise, bize \u015funu emreder: \u201cBirisinin hatas\u0131 ile ba\u015fkas\u0131 mes\u2019ul olmaz. Bir gemide y\u00fcz cani, bir masum varsa, o masumun hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in o gemi bat\u0131r\u0131lmaz.\u201d <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (a.s.m.) ve ashab\u0131n\u0131n, hadiste \u2018k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck cihad\u2019 diye tan\u0131mlanan \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019lar\u0131 bunun apa\u00e7\u0131k delilidir. Bu cihadlarda, bir beldeye kar\u015f\u0131 \u2018topyek\u00fcn\u2019 sava\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir cephe, bir sava\u015f meydan\u0131 te\u015fkil olunmu\u015f; o cephede sava\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcfr\u00fc h\u00e2kim k\u0131lmak isteyen, bunu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in de f\u0131traten imana a\u00e7\u0131k olan insanlara iman\u0131n anlat\u0131lmas\u0131na mani olan, kalblerin \u2018feth\u2019ini engelleyen haric\u00ee \u2018iktidar\u2019\u0131 temsil eden m\u00fc\u015frik ordusuna kar\u015f\u0131 cihad edilirken, kad\u0131nlara, \u00e7ocuklara, eli silah tutamayacak haldeki ya\u015fl\u0131 ve hastalara, tarlada i\u015fiyle u\u011fra\u015fanlara, evine kapananlara, m\u00e2bedlerinde ibadetle me\u015fgul din ehline; ayr\u0131ca evlere, a\u011fa\u00e7lara, ekinlere ve hayvanlara zarar verilmemi\u015ftir. Ne kad\u0131n, \u00e7ocuk ve ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131n can\u0131 heder edilmi\u015f; ne de ba\u011flar, bah\u00e7eler ve evler yak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc m\u00fc\u2019min \u2018adalet\u2019le y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bug\u00fcn bir h\u00fck\u00fbmet ba\u015fka bir h\u00fck\u00fbmet ile sava\u015f ilan etmi\u015fse, bu sava\u015f iki h\u00fck\u00fbmet ve onlar\u0131n ordular\u0131 ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmaz. K\u0131\u015fla, cephe ve cephanelere de\u011fil, \u015fehirlere bomba ya\u011fd\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. \u201cD\u00fc\u015fman askerlerini bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor olabilir\u201d ihtimali, bir k\u00f6y\u00fc, mahalleyi veya \u015fehri i\u00e7inde ya\u015fayanlar ile birlikte yok etmek i\u00e7in yeterli bir gerek\u00e7e say\u0131l\u0131r. M\u00fc\u2019min, kendisine kar\u015f b\u00f6yle bir topyek\u00fcn sava\u015f mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla hareket edilmesine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, ayn\u0131 topyek\u00fcn sava\u015f mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctemez. Birinin hatas\u0131 ile ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131, o hatan\u0131n do\u011frudan mes\u2019ul\u00fc ve m\u00fcsebbibi olmayan insanlar\u0131 ate\u015fe atamaz. Masumlar\u0131 ate\u015fe atan her madd\u00ee \u00e7aba, \u2018adalet\u2019e s\u0131\u011fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, zul\u00fcmd\u00fcr ve zalimliktir. Zalimce eylemler, bu arada s\u00f6z\u00fcmona \u0130sl\u00e2m ad\u0131na giri\u015filen ter\u00f6r eylemleri, mahz\u00e2 adaleti esas alan \u2018cihad\u2019 ile birarada d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b class=\"title\">\u2018S\u0130YASET\u2019 ADALETE KAR\u015eI<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Said Nurs\u00ee\u2019nin \u201cRisale-i Nur\u2019daki \u015fefkat, hakikat, hak, bizi siyasetten men\u2019etmi\u015f. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc masumlar belaya d\u00fc\u015ferler, onlara zulmetmi\u015f oluruz\u201d  diyerek ba\u015flayan bir mektubu, tam da bu hususlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrmektedir. \u2018\u015eefkat, hak ve hakikat\u2019 ile \u2018siyaset\u2019in z\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise, bir ba\u015fka mektup g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131n\u0131nca, daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Emirda\u011f L\u00e2hikas\u0131\u2019nda yer alan bu ikinci mektupta, \u015f\u00f6yle bir ifade vard\u0131r: \u201cRisale-i Nur, adalet-i hakikiye ile bu as\u0131rda insanlar\u0131 mes\u2019ud edebilir bir istidaddad\u0131r.\u201d <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u2018Hakik\u00ee adalet\u2019ten kas\u0131t, elbette mahz\u00e2 adalettir. Yani, Hz. Peygamber ve Ra\u015fid Halifeler devrinde her daim tatbik olunan; Hz. Ali ile baz\u0131 sahabiler aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan i\u00e7tihad sava\u015f\u0131nda ise Hz. Ali\u2019nin savundu\u011fu adalet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Mahz\u00e2 adalet ise, daha \u00f6nce de belirtildi\u011fi gibi, \u201cBir gemide y\u00fcz cani, bir masum varsa o gemi bat\u0131r\u0131lmaz\u201d der. \u201cCemaatin selameti i\u00e7in fert feda edilmez\u201d diye h\u00fckmeder. \u201cMutlak bir hay\u0131r, olup olmayaca\u011f\u0131 belirsiz mevhum bir zarar i\u00e7in terkedilmez\u201d  h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc verir. Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n \u201cBirinin hatas\u0131yla ba\u015fkas\u0131 mes\u2019ul olmaz\u201d emrine tam bir itaati \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">B\u00f6ylesi k\u0131l\u0131 k\u0131rk yaran, en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir zulme dahi d\u00fc\u015fmemenin yolunu ortaya koyan bir hassasiyet, Risale-i Nur\u2019a da n\u00fcfuz etmi\u015ftir. Bed\u00fcizzaman\u2019\u0131n, yukar\u0131da bahsi ge\u00e7en c\u00fcmlenin hemen ard\u0131ndan Risale-i Nur i\u00e7in \u2018Hz. Hasan\u2019\u0131n \u015fu zamandaki bir muavini, m\u00fctemmimi, bir manev\u00ee veledi\u2019  demesi i\u015fte bu s\u0131rdand\u0131r. Bunun ne anlama geldi\u011fi, Hz. Hasan\u2019\u0131n ne yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu ortaya konulunca, daha rahat anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Hz. Hasan, kalblerin nefislerle olan manev\u00ee ve \u2018b\u00fcy\u00fck\u2019 cihadda ma\u011flub d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir vasatta halife olmu\u015ftur. Hil\u00e2feti sadece alt\u0131 ay s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f; daha alt\u0131nc\u0131 ayda kendi r\u0131zas\u0131 ile \u2018madd\u00ee hilafet\u2019ten ve onun uhdesi alt\u0131ndaki \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019dan feragat etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Risale-i Nur\u2019da Hz. Hasan\u2019\u0131n bu tavr\u0131, as\u0131l olan \u2018manev\u00ee hil\u00e2fet\u2019 g\u00f6revini tam anlam\u0131yla ifay\u0131 tercih etmesine ba\u011flan\u0131r.  Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, \u2018manev\u00ee cihad\u2019\u0131n mutlak bir zaruret olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na&#8230; Buna g\u00f6re, \u2018adalet-i mahz\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n sancaktar\u0131 Hz. Hasan, \u2018madd\u00ee hil\u00e2fet\u2019ten \u2018manev\u00ee hil\u00e2fet\u2019 u\u011fruna feragat etmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, ortal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018adalet\u2019 yerine \u2018siyaset\u2019in kaplamas\u0131 istidad\u0131 belirmi\u015ftir. Gitgide daha \u00e7ok zihin, \u2018adalet\u2019 ile de\u011fil, \u2018siyaset\u2019 ile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr hale gelmi\u015ftir. Mesel\u00e2, mahz\u00e2 adaletin z\u0131dd\u0131na, art\u0131k \u201cBir gemide y\u00fcz cani bir masum varsa o gemi bat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r\u201d denilebilmektedir. Gerek\u00e7e olarak da, aksi takdirde geminin karaya yana\u015faca\u011f\u0131, canilerin yeni cinayetler i\u015flemesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu, bu cinayetleri \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in bir ki\u015finin hakk\u0131n\u0131n feda edilebilmesi gerekti\u011fi ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Oysa, canilerin yeni cinayetler i\u015flemesi \u2018mevhum\u2019dur. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f bir\u015fey de\u011fildir. Olabilir veya olmayabilir. Mevcut olan, yani yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bulunan haldir. Birtak\u0131m sebep-sonu\u00e7 zincirleri kurarak, olmam\u0131\u015f bir\u015fey hakk\u0131nda olmu\u015f gibi h\u00fckmedilemez. \u201c\u015e\u00f6yle olursa bu tehlike ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar; bu tehlikeyi \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in \u015fu hakk\u0131 gaspedelim\u201d denilemez. Ama \u2018siyaset\u2019 tavr\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle \u2018\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler\u2019in de\u011fil, \u2018kurumlar\u2019\u0131n bekas\u0131na bakar. Dahas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerin tatbikini de kurumlara ba\u011flar. Bunun i\u00e7in, ihtimallere ve vehimlere dayanarak \u2018adalet\u2019 d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na cevaz vermektedir. Siyaseten verilmi\u015f baz\u0131 kararlar, adalete uygun olabilir; ama kimi zaman adalete ayk\u0131r\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015febilmektedir. Oysa m\u00fc\u2019min i\u00e7in adalet as\u0131ld\u0131r. M\u00fc\u2019min her hal ve \u015fartta adaletli olmak zorundad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah \u00c2dil-i Mutlakt\u0131r; kullar\u0131 \u00fczerinde de adaletini g\u00f6rmek ister. Zaten, gerek kitab\u0131 ile, gerek g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem\u2019in (a.s.m.) hayat\u0131 ile \u2018adalet-i mahz\u00e2\u2019 dersini vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131nca, \u2018adalet-i mahz\u00e2\u2019dan taviz verilebilece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren \u2018siyaset\u2019 tavr\u0131nda, ubudiyetimize uymayan hususlar mevcuttur.  Ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi olmayan, yani yarat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f bir\u015feyi yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6rme; sebep-sonu\u00e7 zinciri i\u00e7inde olaylara ve ki\u015filere bak\u0131p muhtemel bir zarar\u0131 bahane ederek masumlara zulmetme&#8230; b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar neticede bir iman zaaf\u0131n\u0131n, Rabbimize teslimiyet noktas\u0131ndaki bir eksikli\u011fin habercisidir. B\u00f6ylesi bir vasatta ise, aslolan, \u2018siyaset\u2019 tavr\u0131n\u0131 onaylamak de\u011fildir. \u0130man\u0131n ve ubudiyetin gere\u011fi olan adaleti her hal ve \u015fartta tecelli ettirecek bir iman\u00ee hal ile hallenmektir. \u00d6ncelikle buna \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak; bizi bundan al\u0131koyacak ortamlara da bula\u015fmamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u0130\u015fte Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019a g\u00f6re, Hz. Hasan bize bu s\u0131rr\u0131 ders vermi\u015ftir. \u2018Zaaf-\u0131 iman\u2019 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden mahz\u00e2 adaletin terk edilebildi\u011fi bir vasatta, adaleti ya\u015faman\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez \u015fart\u0131 olan iman hakikatlerinin d\u00fcnyalar\u0131m\u0131za n\u00fcfuzu i\u00e7in cehd etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u2018Manev\u00ee hil\u00e2fet\u2019 tercihinin bir s\u0131rr\u0131 budur. \u2018Manev\u00ee hil\u00e2fet\u2019 vazifesi, \u2018ne\u015fr-i hak\u00e2ik-\u0131 imaniye\u2019yi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcr.  Yani iman\u00ee hakikatlerin \u00f6nce kendi kalbimize ve beraberinde sair kalblere yay\u0131lmas\u0131na ve yerle\u015fmesine bakmaktad\u0131r. Zaten, Hz. Hasan\u2019\u0131n sevgili babas\u0131 Hz. Ali, bir \u2018madd\u00ee\u2019 cihadda iken y\u00fcz\u00fcne t\u00fck\u00fcren k\u00e2fire k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 \u00e7ekmemi\u015f, k\u00e2fir sebebini sordu\u011funda \u201cSeni Allah i\u00e7in kesecektim. Y\u00fcz\u00fcme t\u00fck\u00fcrmekle beni nefsimle ba\u015fba\u015fa b\u0131rakt\u0131n\u201d demi\u015ftir. Mevl\u00e2n\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n yorumuyla, Hz. Ali, b\u00f6ylece \u2018manev\u00ee cihad\u2019\u0131n as\u0131l, \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019\u0131n ise ona ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu ders vermektedir. Nefse yenilmi\u015f (yani manev\u00ee cihad\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f) bir kalbin madd\u00ee cihada girmesinin yasak oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.  Hz. Hasan\u2019\u0131n sevgili dedesi olan Hz. Peygamber ise bir gazveden d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fte \u201cK\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck cihaddan b\u00fcy\u00fck cihada d\u00f6n\u00fcyoruz\u201d demi\u015ftir. Bu, hangisinin \u2018as\u0131l\u2019 oldu\u011funun ifadesidir de. Bizatih\u00ee Hz. Peygamberin beyan\u0131yla, \u2018as\u0131l cihad, nefisle olan cihadd\u0131r;\u2019 yani b\u00fcy\u00fck ve manev\u00ee cihadd\u0131r. Onunla ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gerekti\u011fi halde manev\u00ee ve b\u00fcy\u00fck cihad\u0131n i\u00e7erdi\u011fi madd\u00ee ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck cihad vazifesi de \u00fcstlenilmi\u015ftir. Ve Allah\u2019\u0131n izniyle bu vazife ifa edilince yine as\u0131l olan manev\u00ee cihada d\u00f6n\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ki bu anlamda, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in cihad etti\u011fi g\u00fcnlerin say\u0131s\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fcne denk d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fc nefsin ve \u015feytan\u0131n desisesine kar\u015f\u0131 kalblerimize ve hayatlar\u0131m\u0131za iman\u00ee \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerin nas\u0131l yerle\u015febilece\u011finin talimi ile ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b class=\"title\">\u2018C\u0130HAD\u2019A EVET, \u2018SAVA\u015e\u2019A HAYIR!<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fu \u00e7a\u011f, iman\u00ee \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerden gafletin belki de zirvede oldu\u011fu bir \u00e7a\u011f olsa gerektir. O kadar ki, \u2018yalan ve do\u011fru, bir \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131da beraber sat\u0131lmakta\u2019d\u0131r. Mesel\u00e2, halen devam etmekte olan bir sava\u015f hakk\u0131nda, gayrim\u00fcslimlere kar\u015f\u0131, bir m\u00fc\u2019min \u201cElimden gelse tepelerine bir atom bombas\u0131 indirmek isterim\u201d diyebilmektedir. Bir m\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkesinde atom bombas\u0131 imali \u2018\u0130sl\u00e2m bombas\u0131\u2019 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda duyurulmaktad\u0131r. Ama ne var ki, su\u00e7suz ve masum onbinlerce insan ile hayvanlar\u0131 ve bitkileri bir anda eritip yok eden; kurtulabilenleri ise belki nesiller boyu s\u00fcrecek beden\u00ee ve ruh\u00ee ar\u0131zalarla y\u00fczy\u00fcze b\u0131rakan bir bomban\u0131n \u201cBirinin hatas\u0131yla ba\u015fkas\u0131 mes\u2019ul olmaz\u201d il\u00e2h\u00ee ferman\u0131na hi\u00e7 mi hi\u00e7 s\u0131\u011fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 unutulmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, \u2018manev\u00ee cihad\u2019da yenik d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f dima\u011flarla, \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019lar s\u0131radan ve d\u00fcnyev\u00ee bir \u2018sava\u015f\u2019a d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Asr\u0131m\u0131zdaki sava\u015flar, siyaset sava\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r. Taraflar, kimlikleri ne olursa olsun, \u2018siyaset\u2019i as\u0131l tutarak sava\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ne ordu ve halk, ne cephe ve \u00fclke, ne de masum ve zalim ayr\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusudur. B\u00f6yle bir ayr\u0131m\u0131 insafs\u0131z bir k\u00e2firden beklemek elbette safdilliktir. K\u00fcfr\u00fc u\u011fruna kendi kalbini bile karanl\u0131\u011fa atan merhametsizlerin ba\u015fka insanlara merhamet etmesi elbette s\u00f6zkonusu de\u011fildir. Maamafih, akl\u0131 el\u2019an k\u00fcf\u00fcrde kalm\u0131\u015f olsa bile kalbi ve vicdan\u0131 \u2018topyek\u00fcn sava\u015f\u2019 mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na apa\u00e7\u0131k bir itiraz sergileyen \u00e7ok say\u0131da insan da vard\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan, \u015fefkat, m\u00fc\u2019minin g\u00f6n\u00fcl borcudur. Merhamet, m\u00fc\u2019minin g\u00f6n\u00fcl borcudur. Adalet ve hak, m\u00fc\u2019minin boynuna bor\u00e7tur. Bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerin \u2018siyaseten\u2019 terkine asla izin yoktur. Adalet ile siyaset kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya geldi\u011fi ve birbiriyle z\u0131tla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman m\u00fc\u2019minin terketmesi gereken, adalet de\u011fil, siyasettir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Said Nurs\u00ee\u2019nin nur-topuz mukayesesinde \u2018topuz\u2019dan hem siyaset, hem de \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019 olarak s\u00f6z etmesi bu bak\u0131mdan anlaml\u0131d\u0131r.  Zira, \u2018manev\u00ee cihad\u2019\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerden soyutlanm\u0131\u015f bir \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019 dahi \u2018siyaset\u2019e \u00e2let ve t\u00e2bi olmaktad\u0131r. Oysa bir kez daha vurgularsak: \u201cRisale-i Nur\u2019daki \u015fefkat, hakikat, hak bizi siyasetten men\u2019etmi\u015f. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc masumlar belaya d\u00fc\u015ferler, onlara zulmetmi\u015f oluruz.\u201d  Yani, m\u00fc\u2019minler olarak biz \u015fefkat, hakikat ve hak ile m\u00fckellefiz. Zulme girmemek zorunday\u0131z. Oysa, siyaset bizi zulme d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilmektedir. Ki, adalet ad\u0131na zul\u00fcmden, hak nam\u0131na haks\u0131zl\u0131ktan daha peri\u015fan bir yenilgi var m\u0131d\u0131r? Zulm\u00fcn i\u015flendi\u011fi yerde ise \u2018cihad\u2019dan s\u00f6z edilemez! Ancak sava\u015ftan s\u00f6z edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Di\u011fer \u015f\u0131kta ise, manen bir ma\u011flubiyet bahis konusu de\u011fildir. Ehl-i hak \u2018yaln\u0131z oray\u0131 vurmakta\u2019d\u0131r; yaln\u0131z sava\u015f\u0131n do\u011frudan taraf\u0131 olanlar\u0131 ve yaln\u0131zca onlar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu mek\u00e2nlar\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc cihad i\u00e7in hatlar\u0131n ve cephelerin belirlenmesi \u015fartt\u0131r. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fczce, keyfine g\u00f6re taarruz edilmesi s\u00f6zkonusu de\u011fildir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, ehl-i hak, mesel\u00e2 i\u00e7inde masumlar\u0131n da oldu\u011fu bir mek\u00e2na\u2014oradaki zalim d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 bertaraf edeyim derken masumlar\u0131n da kan\u0131n\u0131 ak\u0131tm\u0131\u015f olurum endi\u015fesi ile\u2014dokunmamaktad\u0131r. Burada, adalet \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri a\u015f\u0131lmakta; ama kar\u015f\u0131 taraf ayn\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclere sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u2018otuz z\u00e2yiata bedel, yaln\u0131z bir kazan\u0131lmakta\u2019d\u0131r. Bunun ad\u0131 ise, maddeten ma\u011flup d\u00fc\u015fmektir. Ve b\u00f6ylesi a\u00e7\u0131k bir ma\u011flubiyet ortam\u0131na bile bile girmek bir nevi intihard\u0131r; \u2018hikmet\u2019 ve \u2018hakikat\u2019a s\u0131\u011fmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere, \u201cevet, ehline g\u00f6re, k\u00e2firin veya m\u00fcrtedin tecav\u00fczat\u0131na sed \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in topuz l\u00e2z\u0131md\u0131r.\u201d  Madd\u00ee cihad hakt\u0131r; gerekti\u011fi anda her m\u00fc\u2019minin boynuna bor\u00e7tur. Hatta, Said Nurs\u00ee bazan madd\u00ee cihad\u0131n \u2018farz-\u0131 ayn\u2019 h\u00fckm\u00fcne dahi ge\u00e7ebildi\u011fini s\u00f6yler ve \u201c\u015eehid vel\u00eedir\u201d der. Fakat, bu zamanda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; \u2018asker\u00ee istibdatlar\u2019 ile, bir-iki adam\u0131n hatas\u0131yla binler masumlar ate\u015fe at\u0131l\u0131r olmu\u015ftur. Madd\u00ee cihad, vasat\u0131 geldi\u011finde yine ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Ama bu vasat, \u2018adalet\u2019 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerinin a\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir vasat olacakt\u0131r. Adalet \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerine uyarak m\u00fccahede y\u00fcr\u00fctmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011filse, sava\u015f\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r. M\u00fc\u2019min mazlum hale d\u00fc\u015febilir, ama asla zalim olamaz.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Risale-i Nur\u2019daki \u201cMadd\u00ee cihad\u0131n muktezas\u0131 ise, o vazife \u015fimdilik bizde de\u011fildir\u201d  h\u00fckm\u00fc, bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede daha bir a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Burada madd\u00ee cihad red veya terk ediliyor de\u011fildir; ama bir meslek tercihi ortaya konulmaktad\u0131r. Manev\u00ee cihada ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan, ama en \u00e7ok da manev\u00ee cihad\u0131n ihmal edildi\u011fi bir vasatta; dahas\u0131 \u2018madd\u00ee cihad topuzu\u2019nun siyasete ve zulme \u00e2let edilebildi\u011fi bir vasatta, aslolan manev\u00ee cihadd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu noktada, ba\u015fka bir hususa daha dikkat etmek gerekir. Daha \u00f6nce de belirtti\u011fimiz gibi, idaresi ve halk\u0131n\u0131n ekseriyeti m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmayan bir belde, \u2018d\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019l-\u0130slam\u2019 de\u011fildir. Ama e\u011fer bu beldenin halk\u0131 ve iktidar\u0131 iman\u00ee esaslar\u0131n ya\u015fanmas\u0131na ve tebli\u011fine izin veriyorsa, kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019a giri\u015fme izni yoktur. Zira, bu durumda o belde, \u2018d\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019l-\u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019 de\u011filse bile, \u2018d\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019s-sulh\u2019 say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, Said Nurs\u00ee, \u201cDinde zorlama yoktur\u201d mealindeki \u00e2yet-i ker\u00eemenin i\u015far\u00ee bir tefsirini sunarken, \u2018din ve vicdan h\u00fcrriyeti\u2019ne dikkati \u00e7eker. Buna g\u00f6re, ehli m\u00fcsl\u00fcman de\u011filse bile, din ve vicdan ve de inanc\u0131n\u0131 ifade h\u00fcrriyetini temel bir hak olarak kabul etti\u011fini ilan eden bir devlet, bir anlamda \u2018d\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019s-sulh\u2019 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na girmektedir. Bir devletin bu h\u00fcrriyetleri tan\u0131mas\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dahilde veya hari\u00e7te ehl-i \u0130sl\u00e2m aleyhine inanc\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bir taarruza giri\u015fmemesi, o \u00fclkeye kar\u015f\u0131 \u2018din i\u00e7in silahla cihada\u2019 muar\u0131zd\u0131r.  \u015eer\u2019an buna cevaz yoktur. \u201cFakat\u201d der Said Nurs\u00ee, \u201cona mukabil, manev\u00ee bir cihad-\u0131 din\u00ee, iman-\u0131 tahkik\u00ee k\u0131l\u0131nc\u0131yla olacak.\u201d  Bu, esasen, mukteza-y\u0131 hale de mutab\u0131k d\u00fc\u015fen bir durumdur. Zira bug\u00fcn, bir\u00e7ok diyarda ehl-i ink\u00e2r m\u00fc\u2019minlere kar\u015f\u0131 madd\u00ee bir taarruzdan ziyade \u2018manev\u00ee\u2019 bir taarruz y\u00fcr\u00fctmekte; \u2018madd\u00ee\u2019 taarruz ise, bir korku ve sindirme unsuru olarak \u2018yedekte\u2019 tutulmaktad\u0131r. M\u00fc\u2019minlere y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l unsuru, istisna\u00ee durumlar bir yana, bir ba\u015fka \u00fclkenin ordular\u0131 de\u011fil; kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131d\u0131r, haberlerdir, e\u011fitimdir, sosyal hayatt\u0131r. Risale-i Nur\u2019un tesbitiyle, \u2018bu zamanda, ehl-i \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n en m\u00fchim tehlikesi, fen ve felsefeden gelen bir dal\u00e2letle kalplerin bozulmas\u0131 ve iman\u0131n zedelenmesi\u2019dir.  \u0130mandaki hak ve hakikat, k\u00fcf\u00fcrdeki safsata art\u0131k gizlenmi\u015f gibidir. \u0130man\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 manev\u00ee cennet; k\u00fcfr\u00fcn ise \u015fu d\u00fcnyada dahi ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 cehennem hali hissedilmez olmu\u015ftur. K\u00e2inat, \u2018fen ve felsefe\u2019 yoluyla ehl-i k\u00fcfre terkedilmi\u015f gibidir. K\u00e2inat\u0131n her bir mevcudunun kendi diliyle Cenab-\u0131 Hakk\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve birli\u011fine etti\u011fi \u015fahitlik g\u00f6r\u00fclmez ve duyulmaz olmu\u015ftur. Dahas\u0131, k\u00e2inata iman nazar\u0131yla bakmak, \u201cAllah sivrisine\u011fi delil getirmekten haya etmez\u201d \u00e2yeti ortada iken dahi, kimi m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarca k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmektedir. F\u0131trat\u0131n ebede ve \u00e2hirete y\u00f6neli\u015fi ise, nefislerimize sunulan aldat\u0131c\u0131 d\u00fcnyev\u00ee oyuncaklar ve dima\u011flar\u0131m\u0131za sokulan \u2018n\u00e2-me\u015fru\u2019 kavramlar ile \u00f6rt\u00fclmekte veya sapt\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">B\u00f6ylesi bir vasatta, d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n as\u0131l silah\u0131 ortadad\u0131r. Bu silaha kar\u015f\u0131, hangi \u2018t\u00fcfek,\u2019 hangi \u2018bomba\u2019 bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmd\u00fcr? \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm, k\u00fcfre \u00e2let edilmek istenen k\u00e2inat\u0131n M\u00e2likine ve Rabbine etti\u011fi tesbihat\u0131 i\u015fitmek ve i\u015fittirmek de\u011fil midir? Bizi \u2018\u00f6l\u00fcm\u2019le, \u2018a\u00e7l\u0131k\u2019la, \u2018madd\u00ee kay\u0131p\u2019la, \u2018i\u015finde y\u00fckselememek\u2019le vs. korkutan d\u00fcnya ehline kar\u015f\u0131, \u201cTek hayatl\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131ma \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nlar\u201d diyebilmek; \u00f6l\u00fcme, \u015f\u00f6hrete, madd\u00ee kayba, mevkiye be\u015f para ehemmiyet vermemek de\u011fil midir? D\u00fcnya ehli bizi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n fani y\u00fcz\u00fcnde bo\u011fmaya \u00e7abalarken, fena ve fanilere k\u0131ymet vermeyen uhrev\u00ee bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ku\u015fanmak de\u011fil midir?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">1922 Kas\u0131m\u2019\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bir olay, bu bak\u0131mdan olduk\u00e7a anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. O s\u0131ralar, \u2018\u0130sl\u00e2m ordusunun Yunan\u2019a galebesi\u2019 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla herkesi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcz bir iyimserli\u011fin ku\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnlerdir. Ne var ki, nihayet Ankara\u2019ya gelmi\u015f bulunan Said Nurs\u00ee, Yunan\u2019\u0131n gitti\u011fi, ama Eski Yunan\u2019\u0131n \u2018f\u0131kr-i k\u00fcfr\u00ee\u2019sinin getirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131r.  Bunun \u00fczerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fey, ne bir parti kurmak, ne bir iktidar m\u00fccadelesine veya pazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131na girmek, ne de silaha dayanmakt\u0131r. Sadece ve sadece bir risale ne\u015freder. Eserin konusu, tabiat, esbab ve tesad\u00fcf\u00fcn yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015fta m\u00fcdahalesi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ayn\u0131 tav\u0131r, sonraki y\u0131llarda Risale-i Nur\u2019da tecess\u00fcm edecektir. K\u00fcf\u00fcr kitapla, bilhassa resm\u00ee e\u011fitim m\u00fcfredat\u0131 ile gelmektedir. Ve Risale-i Nur, \u00f6\u011fretmenler Allah\u2019tan bahsetmiyor, hatta ink\u00e2r ediyor bile olsa, \u201cOkudu\u011funuz her fen m\u00fctemadiyen Allah\u2019tan bahsedip H\u00e2lik\u0131 tan\u0131tt\u0131r\u0131yor\u201d dersini verecektir.  K\u00fcf\u00fcr k\u00e2inat\u0131 tabiatperestli\u011fe \u00e2let etmektedir. Ve Risale-i Nur, k\u00e2inat aynalar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcnen tecell\u00eelerin hangi Z\u00e2t\u0131n isimlerine ait oldu\u011funu ortaya koyacakt\u0131r. K\u00fcf\u00fcr korku, tamah, h\u0131rs, \u015f\u00f6hret, milliyet\u00e7ilik gibi damarlara dokunarak bizi kendisine esir etme \u00e7abas\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ve Risale-i Nur, nefsin bu desiselerine kar\u015f\u0131 iman\u00ee cevaplar sunacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, ya\u015fanan ortamda, genel tablo \u015fudur: \u0130nsanlar\u0131n ancak bir k\u0131sm\u0131 tam bir iman\u00ee \u00e7izgiyi takip etmektedir. \u00c7o\u011funlu\u011fu, ucundan kenar\u0131ndan batakl\u0131\u011fa bula\u015fm\u0131\u015f gibidir. Ancak, onlardan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 bile bile bata\u011fa bula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 da zorla oraya \u00e7ekme \u00e7abas\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011fu ise batakl\u0131ktan, kendisine ili\u015fen \u00e7amurlardan rahats\u0131zd\u0131r. \u00c7\u0131kmak, temiz ve g\u00fcvenilir bir yolda y\u00fcr\u00fcmek gayretindedir. Ama \u015fa\u015fakalm\u0131\u015f, bir yol bulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halbuki, d\u0131\u015far\u0131da kalan insanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde sekseni, elindeki topuzla, az say\u0131daki sarho\u015flar\u0131 dert edinmi\u015ftir. \u00c7aresiz kalakalm\u0131\u015f \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fa ise, hakk\u0131yla \u0131\u015f\u0131k ve nur g\u00f6steriliyor de\u011fildir. \u00dcstelik baz\u0131lar\u0131 bir elinde topuz, bir elinde nur tuttu\u011fu i\u00e7in, onlar\u0131n teredd\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015fmelerine; \u201cAcaba yol g\u00f6sterip d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131ktan sonra beni d\u00f6vecek mi?\u201d \u201c\u015eimdi iman\u0131n g\u00fczelli\u011finden bahsedip yar\u0131n bizi kesecek mi?\u201d gibi \u015f\u00fcphelere sebebiyet verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu tablonun ortaya konuldu\u011fu bir mektupta, Risale-i Nur\u2019un tercihi \u2018nur\u2019dan yana yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilir. \u2018Topuz,\u2019 daha \u00f6nce de s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi \u00fczere, \u2018siyaset\u2019tir, \u2018madd\u00ee cihad\u2019d\u0131r. \u0130man\u0131n tebli\u011fini madd\u00ee kuvvete dayand\u0131ran her \u00e7aba \u2018topuz\u2019 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na girmektedir. \u2018Nur\u2019 ise, imandaki hakikat\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcp g\u00f6sterilmesi ve kalblerin imana a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131, yani kalblerin fethini ve \u2018manev\u00ee cihad\u2019\u0131 ifade eder.
