Kurey\u015f\u2019in hayli kalabal\u0131k bir orduyla Medine \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fcmekte oldu\u011fu haberi ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Res\u00fblullah aleyhissal\u00e2tu vesselam konuyu ashab\u0131yla isti\u015fare eder. Kendisinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, meydan sava\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lmay\u0131p, \u015fehre giri\u015fi sa\u011flayan kap\u0131lar\u0131 kapatarak \u015fehri savunma y\u00f6n\u00fcndedir. Ama Bedir sava\u015f\u0131na kat\u0131lamayan sahabiler ile gen\u00e7 sahabilerin bir meydan sava\u015f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne g\u00f6re bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f az\u0131nl\u0131kta kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u00e7o\u011funluk g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne uyarak Kurey\u015f\u2019i kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere ordu toplan\u0131r ve Uhud da\u011f\u0131 eteklerinde meydan sava\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Ancak, Res\u00fblullah\u2019\u0131n ok\u00e7ular ve ganimet ile ilgili iki talimat\u0131na riayet edilmemesinin bir sonucu olarak, kazan\u0131lmak \u00fczere olan sava\u015f m\u00fc\u2019minlerin ciddi kay\u0131plar vermesiyle neticelenir. Meydan sava\u015f\u0131, Res\u00fblullah\u2019\u0131n aksi y\u00f6ndeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne ra\u011fmen, \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc bu y\u00f6nde oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f; sava\u015fta da Res\u00fblullah\u2019\u0131n iki emrine riayet edilmemi\u015ftir. Bu \u015fartlar, bu sonu\u00e7 ve bu psikoloji i\u00e7inde m\u00fc\u2019minler art\u0131k Res\u00fblullah bizden bir konuda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f sorsa da s\u00f6ylemeyiz, s\u00f6yleyemeyiz, o ne diyorsa o deriz diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme e\u011filimindedir. L\u00e2kin gelen \u00e2yetler, i\u015fte o \u015fartlarda, Res\u00fblullah\u2019a isti\u015fareyi emrederek, m\u00fc\u2019minlerin ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 vasf\u0131 ve hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n olmaz olmaz ilkesi olarak me\u015fveret ve \u015f\u00fbr\u00e2y\u0131 bir kez daha teyid eder: \u201c\u2026onlar\u0131 affet, onlar i\u00e7in ma\u011ffiret dile, i\u015f hakk\u0131nda onlarla isti\u015fare et ve bir karar verince de Allah\u2019a tevekk\u00fcl et\u201d (\u00c2l-i \u0130mran, 3:159).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Nitekim, Mekke bu kez Hayber Yahudileri ve m\u00fc\u015frik kabileleri de yan\u0131na al\u0131p birle\u015fik hizipler olarak \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir orduyla yeniden Medine \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde Res\u00fblullah aleyhissal\u00e2tu vesselam Allah\u2019\u0131n kendisine emretti\u011fi \u015fekilde \u00f6nlerindeki bu i\u015f hakk\u0131nda onlarla isti\u015fare edecek, \u2018i\u015fleri aralar\u0131nda me\u015fveret ile\u2019 olan m\u00fc\u2019minler de bu davete icabet edip isti\u015farenin hakk\u0131n\u0131 vererek g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirecek, neticede kaynaklar\u0131n Selman-\u0131 Faris\u00ee\u2019nin \u00f6nerisi olarak bildirdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn isabetinde karar k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131 birle\u015fmi\u015f hizipler Medine ile aralar\u0131nda engel olarak kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 hendek sebebiyle \u015fa\u015fk\u0131na d\u00f6necektir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Kur\u2019\u00e2n, ba\u015fkaca \u00e2yetleriyle de, isti\u015fare, \u015fura ve me\u015fvereti m\u00fc\u2019minlerin hayat\u0131n\u0131n bir vazge\u00e7ilmezi olarak emreder ve resmeder. M\u00fc\u2019minlere, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 ortak hayat\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn meseleleri yan\u0131nda, aile hukukunu ilgilendiren hususlarda da isti\u015fare emrolunmu\u015ftur. Mesel\u00e2 Bakara s\u00fbresinin 233. \u00e2yeti, bebe\u011fin s\u00fctten kesilmesine dair zamanlama konusunu anne ile baban\u0131n isti\u015faresine havale eder. \u00d6te yandan Firavun\u2019un idam ferman\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019\u0131 terkederek Medyen\u2019e gelmi\u015f Hz. Musa\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7oban olarak istihdam\u0131 konusunda, \u015euayb aleyhisselam\u0131n k\u0131z\u0131yla isti\u015faresine ve k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n fikrine itibar etmesine; bir ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n tarlas\u0131na girip zarar vermi\u015f s\u00fcr\u00fc hakk\u0131ndaki davada Davud aleyhisselam\u0131n o\u011flu S\u00fcleyman\u2019\u0131n da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc dinleyip bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe itibar etmesine; keza S\u00fcleyman aleyhisselamdan gelen mektup konusunda Sebe melikesinin maiyetiyle isti\u015faresine at\u0131fta bulunarak, me\u015fveret ve isti\u015farenin gereklili\u011fini hayat\u0131n i\u00e7inden \u00f6rneklerle bize \u00f6\u011fretir. Dahas\u0131, hen\u00fcz ilk insan yarat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f iken, \u00e2lemler Rabbinin meleklere \u201cBen yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bir halife yarataca\u011f\u0131m\u201d buyurup onlar\u0131n fikrini sormas\u0131 dahi (bk. 2:30), baz\u0131 m\u00fcfessirlerin, mesel\u00e2 \u0130\u015f\u00e2r\u00e2t\u00fc\u2019l-\u0130\u2019caz tefsirinde Bedi\u00fczzaman Said Nurs\u00ee\u2019nin dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fi \u00fczere, \u201cmukavele ve muhavere \u015feklinde, m\u00fc\u015favere \u00fcsl\u00fbbunu insanlara \u00f6\u011fretmek i\u00e7indir. Yoksa Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hak, m\u00fc\u015favereden m\u00fcnezzehtir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Di\u011fer taraftan, \u00e2lemlerin Rabbi, \u2018ulu\u2019l-emre itaat\u2019e dair \u00e2yette m\u00fc\u2019minleri Allah\u2019a ve Res\u00fbl\u00fcne mutlak surette itaati emrederken, \u2018ulu\u2019l-emre itaati emrinin Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131na ve Res\u00fblullah\u2019\u0131n s\u00fcnnetine uygunlu\u011fu \u015fart\u0131na ba\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, bir ihtilaf durumunda meseleyi Allah\u2019a ve resul\u00fcne g\u00f6t\u00fcrmeyi bize emretmektedir (Nis\u00e2, 4:59). Bunun bir m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131, birinin s\u00f6ylerken di\u011fer herkesin sorgusuzca itaat etmesi de\u011fil, bilakis istenen ve emredilen hususun Kur\u2019\u00e2n ve s\u00fcnnet muvacehesinde m\u00fczakeresidir. Kald\u0131 ki, Kur\u2019\u00e2n m\u00fc\u2019minleri \u2018i\u015fleri aralar\u0131nda isti\u015fare iledir\u2019 diye tarif etti\u011fine ve Res\u00fblullah\u2019a dahi m\u00fc\u2019minlerle isti\u015fareyi emretti\u011fine g\u00f6re, ulu\u2019l-emr\u2019in \u2018sizden olan ulu\u2019l-emr\u2019 ifadesinin hakk\u0131n\u0131 ancak i\u015f hususunda m\u00fc\u2019minlerle me\u015fveret, \u015fura ve isti\u015fare etmekle verdi\u011fi izahtan v\u00e2restedir. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Velhas\u0131l, aralar\u0131nda n\u00fcanslar olsa da, ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kten gelen ve ayn\u0131 \u00f6ze i\u015faret eden nitelikler olarak \u015f\u00fbr\u00e2, me\u015fveret ve isti\u015fare, \u00e2lemler Rabbinin m\u00fc\u2019minlere emretti\u011fi ve onlar\u0131n bir vasf\u0131 olarak belirledi\u011fi bir keyfiyettir. Ve hangi konuda olursa olsun Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019daki her bir emir, son tahlilde kulluk durumuna at\u0131fta bulunuyor ve ona uymak bir kulluk s\u0131nav\u0131 anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, me\u015fveret, \u015fura ve isti\u015farenin hayatlar\u0131m\u0131zda yer edip etmedi\u011fi hususu esasen bir ubudiyet talimi ve s\u0131nav\u0131 niteli\u011findedir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131l\u0131rsa, en basit tabiriyle en az iki insan\u0131n biraraya gelip bir konuda m\u00fczakere etmesi, fikir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulunmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen; yerine g\u00f6re, herkesi ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 \u015fekilde, uyulacak bir ortak karara ula\u015fma m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7eren isti\u015fare, \u015fura ve me\u015fveret, \u015fu d\u00fcnyadaki bir i\u015fte en uygun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye ve karara ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in de\u011fildir sadece. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, bu insanl\u0131k durumunda yaln\u0131z olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, sadece kendisinin de\u011fil, di\u011fer insanlar\u0131n da ayn\u0131 durumda oldu\u011funu kabul ve idrak etti\u011finin teyidini de i\u00e7erir. \u0130sti\u015fare, \u201cBen bilirim\u201d diyenin y\u00f6nelmek isteyece\u011fi mecra de\u011fildir. Allah dilemedik\u00e7e hi\u00e7bir \u015feye muktedir olamaz, Allah bildirmedik\u00e7e asla bilemez: \u201c\u0130steyen de aciz, kendisinden istenen de\u201d (Hacc, 22:73); \u201cMuhta\u00e7 olan sizlersiniz, Allah ise hi\u00e7bir \u015feye muhta\u00e7 de\u011fildir\u201d (Furkan, 35:15); \u201cAllah bilir, siz ise bilmezsiniz\u201d (Bakara, 2:216).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">O halde, insanl\u0131k durumunu, kul oldu\u011funu, uluhiyet ve rububiyete ait vas\u0131flardan uzak oldu\u011funu bilen ki\u015finin k\u00e2r\u0131d\u0131r isti\u015fare. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k her\u015feyi bilme, g\u00f6rme, ku\u015fatma gibi, insanl\u0131k durumuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 ve kullu\u011fun edebine z\u0131t iddialara yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde ki\u015fi isti\u015fare ve me\u015fveretten uzakla\u015f\u0131r. Benzer \u015fekilde, kendisini bizatihi hakikati her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle kavray\u0131p ku\u015fatamaz halde g\u00f6rmekle birlikte; ba\u015fka bir insan\u0131 her\u015feyi bilir, b\u00fct\u00fcn ihtimalleri ku\u015fat\u0131r, en iyisini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, en iyi karara ula\u015f\u0131r durumda g\u00f6ren biri de isti\u015fare ve me\u015fveret etmez, edemez.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Yani, insan olan, kul olan, kullu\u011funun idrakinde olan ve kula kulluktan uzak olan isti\u015fare ederken; kendisini veya ba\u015fka bir insan\u0131 uluhiyete mahsus s\u0131fatlar\u0131 haiz g\u00f6r\u00fcp \u2018ilahla\u015ft\u0131rmaya\u2019 kalkan ki\u015filer ancak isti\u015fareden y\u00fcz \u00e7evirir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu denklemi, tek tek ki\u015filerden al\u0131p, \u2018\u015fahs-\u0131 manev\u00ee\u2019ler, yani t\u00fczel ki\u015filikler veya topluluklar i\u00e7in de uygulayabiliriz. Allah kullar\u0131na isti\u015fareyi emreder; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kula yak\u0131\u015fan, kendi aczini, di\u011fer insanlar\u0131n da aczini kabul edip, kullu\u011fun idraki i\u00e7inde omuz omuza verebilmektir. Kullu\u011funu bilen, isti\u015fare eder. Kullu\u011funu bilene, isti\u015fare yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Kendisini veya ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015fiyi veya ait oldu\u011fu t\u00fczel ki\u015fili\u011fi \u2018ilahla\u015ft\u0131ran\u2019 ise isti\u015fareyi bir \u2018zaaf g\u00f6stergesi,\u2019 \u2018acz ilan\u0131\u2019 ve \u2018z\u00fcl\u2019 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla isti\u015fareye dair il\u00e2h\u00ee emre uymaya \u2018tenezz\u00fcl\u2019 etmez.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, bir ortamda \u015f\u00fbr\u00e2, me\u015fveret ve isti\u015farenin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, esasen, o ortamdaki hi\u00e7 kimsenin \u2018her\u015feyi bildi\u011fini\u2019 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmedi\u011finin, hakikati ku\u015fatmaya muktedir olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda oldu\u011funun, bu y\u00f6ndeki iddias\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 nefsinin i\u011fvas\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fabildi\u011finin, insanl\u0131k durumunu do\u011fru de\u011ferlendirdi\u011finin g\u00f6stergesidir. Di\u011fer taraftan isti\u015fare, kullu\u011funun idrakinde olan ki\u015finin, kula kul olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin de fark\u0131nda oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hakikati ku\u015fatmaya muktedir durumda olmayan sadece kendisi de\u011fildir, kar\u015f\u0131daki ki\u015fi de benzer haldedir.
